Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We are working with our shipping partners to provide reasonable shipping methods to our customers. All items are custom made so additional manufacturing/processing time will be required. Standard shipping within the U.S. is free.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Manufacturing time will take 3 - 5 business days for your custom made items. • Standard shipping times within the U.S will take between 5 to 15 business days depending on the item purchased. Deliveries outside of the U.S. usually takes about 14 - 30 business days. This adds up to a total time of 2 - 4 weeks within the U.S. and 3 - 5 weeks outside the U.S.

Returns & Refunds
The Muyi Shop offers a 45 day return policy from ship date, undamaged with original packaging. Email us at info@muyi.com with your order number, purchaser name, contact name/email and reason for return. We do not accept returns after 45 days of the ship date.

If you believe items were damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 5 days and we will work to resolve your issue. Please include a picture of the damaged item for faster resolution.

Most orders are processed and sent to the manufacturer within 24 hours, except pre-ordered items and flagged suspicious orders. If you have ordered an item that you no longer want, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed yet, we will refund your payment. However, if the order has already been processed, we will refund your payment based on the 45 day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping costs for returning an item must be handled by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
